Allies with [Phantom Dream] buff are immune to healing reduction, healblock, and healing conversion debuffs.
Alicia IV is the classical healer - she can heal both single allies and whole groups, provide buffs for them and also remove debuffs. The whole package. Which is both an advantage and disadvantage - while compared to most healers, she's great, Claphare with her additional turn buff is simply above approach.
On top of that, she's Darkness element, so she only has to fear Light characters and the classical elemental ones won't deal additional damage to her.
Still, with her being an SSR rarity character, it's hard to justify using the precious shards to level up her rank when lower rarity healers (who can do what she can do) exist. For example, Lohanes when upgraded to higher ranks, will heal for more and provide nearly the same utility. This makes Alicia IV a great early-game healer, but as you progress throughout the game, lower-rarity healers will start overcoming her slowly as they will have a stat advantage over her.

Darkness element makes her safer against the classical element enemies.
lower rarity healers can easily overcome her once they reach a higher rank than her and it's hard to justify using your daily mission shards on a healer over a DPS or a tank.
