Belet is one of the three protagonists in Archeland. Similar to Saken and Avia, by progressing through the Dimensional Rift, you will be rewarded with shards and materials to not only upgrade her up to rank 9 but also upgrade her rarity from N to SSR (and thanks to this her base stats and scaling will match the SSR rank).
Belet is a Fire Tank who is honestly underwhelming in the early game, at least until you reach level 25 and unlock the Oath of Death skill. This makes her a much more reliable tanker as it will grant her passive Escort - so she can defend allies that are close to her and take damage instead of them. Also, her passive not only makes her tankier against Physical monsters but also she can heal herself when her HP falls below a certain threshold. So if she isn't one-shot, she can make a comeback.
Still, since Charlotte exists, she's terrible in PVP, as there she won't protect anyone and just be killed on turn 1. Also, she doesn't have any CC abilities, so just don't use her there.
Overall, everyone should raise the 3 protagonists, as they give you access to a maxed character that will be used in PVE content that they counter.

balanced stats compared to other tanks making her a universal Tanker, but she's better against Physical monsters due to her passive.

early game - Oath of Death + Revenge Blow + Keeping Boundaries
late game (offensive tanker) - Oath of Death + Afterburn + Solid Armor
late game (passive tanker) - Oath of Death + Armor of Fire + Solid Armor
Piercing Thrust can be used on Bosses as it provides you with Armor Shred to kill them faster.
4x Shield + 2x Snowflake/Horse/Knight/World Tree (anything that gives +5% HP as 2-piece bonus)
For secondary stats, aim for: HP, PDEF, MDEF, and Critical Resistance.
