Gain [Sword Spirit] after dealing damage (including AOE damage; max 2 stacks). At the end of action, when [Sword Spirit] has 2 stacks, consume them and gain the ability to move (up to 5 tiles) and act again. This effect can activate every 4/3/3/2 turns.
[Sword Spirit]: Increase all stats by 6%/7%/8%/10% (excluding HP).

When an ally within 1 tile is attacked, protect him and take the damage instead of him.
When attacked, increase own PATK and PDEF by 12%, and before the battle, use [First Strike]. [First Strike] can trigger only once per turn.
Deal 0.6x PATK damage to a single target and then Additionally Attack the same target again, this time dealing 1.0x PATK damage. Apply [Exhaustion] to the target for 2 turns.

[Deadly Skill]: Consume 2 Anger to use the skill (gain 1 Anger after you deal damage to a target).

Charlotte is a Water Warrior who can output stupid amounts of damage thanks to all the additional attacks and actions she gains from her passives. She is the best damage dealer in the game, who often is used even against Lightning enemies that counter her - she is simply that good. She is also very mobile as her passive gives her additional movement after she attacks an enemy - a passive that normally you see on Assassins, not Warrior. Still, in the case of Charlotte, on top of being able to move after attacking, she can actually attack again - often she's able to kill 2-3 enemies in the first turn just by herself. This makes her a very mobile killing machine.
Oh, and let's not forget about possibly the most broken passive in the game - Immortal Sword. It's basically a cheat death mechanism that revives her the first time her HP reaches 0. This forces enemies to kill her twice and acts as a safety net for her aggressive playstyle. Still, the passive is locked behind level 45, so before getting it, you have to play her a bit more safely.
Overall, Charlotte is so oppressive, Fire characters have a hard time shining in PVP as she can instantly kill most of them, even Tanks. As for PVE, she basically lowers the difficulty of the game.

early game - Dragon's Sword + Late Bloomer + Extra Attack
late game - Late Bloomer + Shackles of Frost + Immortal Sword
Late Bloomer allows Charlotte to instantly trigger her passive and gain another turn as it hits twice. Sacred Light also works like that, but here you need to make sure to hit 2 targets with the skill (which sometimes is hard to do, as the skill does damage in a line).
Also, early game you can also use Righteous Heart instead of Extra Attack.
4x Vampire + 2x Gladiator/Direwolf
4x Vampire + 2x Battle Axe
Always use Vampire, because it's broken with how Charlotte's passive works. If you have enough critical rate already, you can use Battle Axe as the 2x set, but early Gladiator with the flat 7% is much better.
