After using a skill, there is a 60% chance to grant [Clear Light] to allies within 3 tiles.
[Clear Light]: +2% increase in healing received. When the effect is stacked 3 times, remove a random debuff when being healed.
Claphare is the best healer and buffer in the game, hands down.
While she can heal, buff, and remove debuffs from allies left and right, her most important and unique skill is Wisdom of White Dragon. The skill not only heals an ally but also gives him an additional action (if he already did something in this turn). Use it on a very strong DPS ally and you can basically wipe a whole formation of enemies if they are clustered together. And to make things even funnier, the Wisdom of White Dragon skill has only 2 turn cooldown, so you can abuse it often, and since it's Claphare's starter skill, she's overpowered from the start of the game.
Also, with Claphare being a Light-aligned character, she's safe from all the other elements, including Darkness, which is perfect for a healer.

what cons?
early game - Power of Therapy + Wisdom of the White Dragon + Healing Blessing
late game - White Dragon's Will + Wisdom of the White Dragon + Warm Touch
You will always use the Wisdom of the White Dragon skill - it's simply too broken. That leaves you a spot for a 1-point passive and another 2-point skill. Early, Healing Blessing is great as it gives you AOE heal + Renew buff baked in. In late game though, you can replace it with White Dragon's Will as it's a nice AOE heal + debuff removal combination.
4x Cross + 2x Magic Eye/Staff
For secondary stats, aim for: HP, MATK, PDEF.
