[Magical Armor]: Increase MDEF by 30%.
When an ally attacks an enemy within 2 tiles, increase the damage done by that ally by 20%. Activates up to 2 times per turn.
Convert 2 buffs into 2 random debuffs on the target and then deal 1.5x PATK damage to him. The damage and the critical chance of the skill increase by 20% for each tile between and the target (up to 60%).
[Deadly Skill]: Consume 3 Anger to use the skill (gain 1 Anger after you deal damage to a target).

Erica is a Light Ranger who specializes in assassinating important targets. While she is capable of doing some AOE damage, her single target skills - Cruel Shot and Vigilant Shot - can one-shot a lot of squishier enemies and make the sturdier ones easier to kill as she will lower their PDEF and convert buffs into debuffs. This doesn't mean her AOE damage is bad, as you can for sure play her in that role, just that it isn't what she excels at.
As Erica's element is Light, she doesn't have to worry about the classic elemental wheel and deal full damage to Fire/Water/Lightning enemies, and increased damage against Dark enemies. Still, her base stats are lower to balance the versatility, so she requires more gear and traits to shine. But if you provide it to her, she is really scary - especially in PVP.
Also, her Unique Weapon gives her a massive boost, increasing her range by 1, and is among the most game-changing weapons you can get.
Overall, Erica is a decent damage dealer that excels at killing MVP targets and bosses.

lacks a bit of AOE,
to unlock her full potential, you really want to have her Unique Weapon.
early game - Weakening Shot + Precise Step + Arrow Rain
late game - Weakening Shot / Helping Hand + Precise Step + Cruel Shot

The first setup is better when your Erica is already strong as it makes it easier for her to one-shot enemies. Otherwise, the second setup is safer.
For secondary stats, aim for: PATK, PDMG UP, CRIT.
