When HP is full, increase Crit Rate by 20%/23%/26%/30%/35%.
When dealing critical damage to an enemy, inflict him with 2 random Debuffs.
Increase the PATK, MATK, PDEF, and MDEF of all allies by 15%.

[Insight]: Increase Critical Chance by 20%.
Deal 0.6x PATK damage to all enemies in range and inflict [Poison] for 2 turns on them.
[Poison]: Lose 10% HP at the end of action and additionally lose 5% for each tile moved through (up to 15%).
Deal 0.5x PATK damage to enemies in range and apply the [Bad Luck] debuff for 2 turns to them. Increase the damage of the skill by 5% for every tile you move through before attacking an enemy (max 15%).
[Bad Luck]: Cannon avoid attacks and cannot trigger Additional Attacks or Coordinated Attacks.
At the end of action, inflict [Armor Shred] debuff on the nearest enemy within 7 tiles. The effect lasts for 1 turn.
[Armor Shred]: -20% PDEF
After using a skill gain [Absorption] buff for 2 turns.
[Absorption]: Restore HP equal to 30% of the damage done during a battle. The effect is consumed after being used.
If HP is below 50% after a battle ends, gain [Dodge] buff for 2 turns.
[Dodge]: Avoids an enemy attack (the effect isn't removed after being used, but can only trigger every other turn).
Increase PATK by 5% for every tile you move through before attacking an enemy (max 15%).
