After killing an enemy with an Active Attack or after Dodging, reset the cooldown of all skills. This effect can trigger every 4/4/4/3 turns.
[Lightning Sprout]: Increase PATK and Critical Chance by 8/12/16/20%. Effect can't be dispelled.

Deal 1.5x PATK damage to the target. Gain [Dodge] for 2 turns if the attack kills the target.

When an ally attacks an enemy within 1 tiles, Semi jumps to help and deals 0.3x PATK damage to the enemy. The effect can trigger 2 times per turn.
Deal 1.5x PATK damage to the target. The Critical Chance of the skill increases by 25% when under the effect of [Lightning Sprout].

Semi is the best Assassin in the game - she is both hard to kill and hits so hard, she can even one-shot enemies of opposing elements. On top of that, her passive allows her to reset the cooldown on her skills if she kills an enemy (with either Active Attack or when she counters after Dodge), so she can chain-kill the whole backline and there's nothing the enemy can do about it. Mainly because Semi has a special debuff that not only increases the damage she deals to anyone affected by it, but also makes the target miss her. So while playing her, you don't need to be afraid of suddenly getting killed as she can keep herself alive pretty well.
Also, being a Lightning element character, she can debuff enemies with another debuff - Current - that increases the chance they receive critical damage, which helps both her and her team.
Still, keep in mind that Assassins don't really play that well on auto as they often charge forward and get themselves killed. While Semi can Dodge more attacks due to her passive, she still can be overwhelmed.

similar to other Assassins, auto-battle AI isn't that good and gets her killed often.
early game - Soul Strike + Killer Illusion + Killer Instinct
late game - Soul Strike + Killer Illusion + Killer Instinct
You can use Power of Lightning over Killer Instinct if you have someone in the team who can apply Current debuff. The AOE skill Semi has that applies is honestly underwhelming.
Lightning Blade instead of Soul Strike also is good when your gear is on the weaker side as it gives you a 25% critical chance for free.
4x Gladiator + 2x Battle Axe

The first setup is better when your Semi is already strong and she can easily one-shot most enemies. Otherwise, the second setup is safer.
For secondary stats, aim for: PATK, PDMG UP, CRIT.
