[Severe Wounds]: At the end of the turn, receive damage equal to 60% of the caster's PATK.
Deal 0.7x PATK damage to enemies in range and gain the ability to move after the action (up to 2 tiles). The skill has a 20% increased critical chance.
[Deadly Skill]: Consume 3 Anger to use the skill (gain 1 Anger after you deal damage to a target).

Silva is a Fire Ranger who is a very versatile character. Depending on which skills you choose, she can debuff enemies so they take more Physical damage, Ignite them, or even buff allies. On top of that, she has a few decent AOE skills, which makes her a good pick for maps where there are a lot of enemies.
Still, her versatility, in this case, is also a downside, as she's not as good at what she does as some more specialized characters. Also, her unique passive is pretty underwhelming as it only increases her critical chance and deals a tiny bit of additional damage on crits.
Overall, he can fill the flex role in your team when you're lacking stronger characters, but it's hard to make her your main carry, as she simply lacks the damage - and that's what you expect from your damage dealers to excel at. Once you get her Unique Weapon, she also gains the ability to inflict Bleeds with every critical hit she does, which increases her damage potential, but without it, it's hard to justify using her over other Fire characters.
