Cathy is one of the subjects of the spine implant experiment and was raised by Frontier. She gained very high AG adaptivity thanks to her implant she had since she was little, which increased her reaction speed and physical fitness immensely.

Review

Team Bobcat's favorite backscratcher. Basically a 4* Suriel with shock instead of burn, and Cathy's S3 causes detonate instead. Detonate is an odd mechanic that you're better off not procing unless you somehow have like 10+ shocks. While her S2 and S3 percentages are pretty good, she's more of a debuff supporter for other units. The 5% followup is almost pointless.

- Can push Ginga's S3 damage to the moon

- S2's followup chance is practically null

- Better not using S3 to detonate any shock

- S2 is a random amount between 2 and 4
