Review

The first free 4 star unit you will get from events. Her kit is quite loaded and many consider her to be the poor mans' Sirius. With free max imprint ranks providing crit%, she should be relatively easy to gear for either damage or debuff. She has a extra turn mechanic and applies def down. No further free 4 star comes close to Chihaya. If you miss her, you'd have to wait for 6 months for the event rerun.
