Basic
Deal 90.1% damage to a single enemy target, guaranteed critical if it hits, with a 50% chance to cause Slow for 2 rounds. If you have Shikigami Fusion buff, use [Summon Astral Winds] as an additional attack.

Summon Astral Winds
Active 4 turns
Deal 84.8% damage to a single enemy target that penetrates 30% of their defense, guaranteed critical if it hits. When not used as a dual attack, counterattack or additional attack, extend all buff's duration by 1 round. At the beginning of battle, advance own action bar based on the number of attributes on your side, advance 20% with 4 characters of the same attribute, advance 12% with 3 characters of the same attribute, advance 5% with 2 characters of the same attribute. If you have Shikigami Fusion buff after the attack, gain Attack Buff for 1 round. When hit by a critical attack, if you have Shikigami Fusion buff, you take 20% reduced damage. If there are multiple damage reduction effects, only the highest one will be used.

Dispel 1 buff off the target, then repel their action bar by 20%, extend all their skill cooldown's by 1 round and cause Anti-Heal for 1 round. Gain Shikigami Fusion for 3 rounds.

At level 1: Action bar repel increased by 2%

At level 2: Action bar repel increased by 3%

At level 3: Lowers cooldown by 1 round

At level 4: Action bar repel increased by 5%

At level 5: Action bar repel increased by 10%

Shikigami Fusion: Gained by [Factor] Hokutou's S3: Hokutou's crit damage is increased by 50%, this buff is not counted as having a buff.

  • Factor Coefficient - Rank 1: Enhance "Summon Astral Winds" passive: At the beginning of battle and at the end of every 2 rounds, advance action bar with the same conditions as at the beginning of own round.

  • Factor Coefficient - Rank 2: Enhance the effect of "Tsumugari no Tachi" to Dispel 2 buffs and cause Anti-Heal for 2 rounds.

  • Factor Coefficient - Rank 3: The action bar advance effect of "Summon Astral Winds" is changed from, based on the number of attributes on your side, to, based on the number of units on your side.

  • Factor Coefficient - Rank 4: The penetration from "Summon Astral Winds" is increased from 30% to 50%.

  • Factor Coefficient - Rank 5: The passive effect of "Summon Astral Winds" damage reduction changes from, When hit by a critical attack, to, When you are attacked.

Major breakpoints are mainly for PvP which are Rank 3, 5 and 6.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Guaranteed crits (if they don't miss)

  • S3 can one shot bosses with the right amount of CritDMG

  • Action bar manipulation like crazy

  • Skill cooldown extension can shutdown key units

Cons

  • None outright. But if you want her zombie passive back then you gotta all-in for Rank 6.
