Review

Our welfare character from the Frame Arms Girl collab, and boy is she good. Gourai is equipped with above average damage percentages (for AoE) and good action bar manipulation. What really makes her shine is the addition of her UE, which increases her S3's base damage by quite a bit and provides the attack buff to all allies. That, on top of the +14% attack bonus, makes her a powerhouse of a welfare character.
