Review

SEKAI SAIKYOU FRAME ARMS GIRL. Yeah if only. Hresvelgr is an anomaly of sorts. Slowing and Restricting enemies yet she herself has a slow base speed, skills that have a very average damage percentage, akin to mainly S1 skills at 106%. Sort of this, I try to keep you from moving and just dance around your corpse mentality. Which I guess is fitting for the character. All her skills synergize off each other as the additional attack from S2 is guaranteed if the target has Restrict from S3, then using S1 for the additional attack gives it's Defense Down chance up to 100% proc. Her kit meshes real well, just sucks her base speed stat sucks. She's also another character that depends a lot off her UE, which makes her an all or nothing pickup. So I'd suggest thinking wisely.
