Review

Iberis has a couple of things decent with her S1 and a full party barrier with her S2. It's not really enough to save her though, as not only are you rolling with getting a random buff, you're also rolling on even getting the skill proc. S3 is kind of unique as it's the only skill to give Restricted. This makes enemies unable to gain any action boosts from skills/effects, so hey, that's something at least.

Buffs [Prelude] can give: Attack Buff, Defense Buff, Crit Up, Crit Resistance.
