Review

If you need to absolutely neuter your enemies with debuffs, Isabelle is your knight in shining armor. With the ability cause 4 of the best debuffs throughout her kit she becomes one of the best debuffers in the game. Plus S3 when enhanced has the added effect of buff stripping and boosting her own action bar. Later on she gets her UE it increases her potency that much further and makes her better in PVP.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Debuff city

  • Self action bar boost

  • Puts out a lot of AoE

  • W/ UE, Greater Defense Down is arguably the best debuff in the game.

Cons

  • Have fun Greater Def Down fishing, otherwise none.

Gear Recommendation
Gear set

  • Speed/Status ACC At minimum 57% StACC to make sure those debuffs get applied and Speed to keep them going

  • Speed/Invasion

Stats to focus on

  • Speed > Status ACC > ATK > HP
