Review

Our welfare unit from Frame Arms 2 Collab, Jinrai's entire shtick is too apply Buff Block off of S1 and S2 out of retaliation. Whether or not this works well in a PvP standpoint is yet to fully be seen. In theory she has potential thanks to the likes of Laurel and Lizbeth/Kyouko existing. However the overall threats may outweigh that. Needing to take 60% of your max health is more than what most people would seem even usable. By herself she doesn't look like she'll do a whole lot.
