Kalmia

The cuter Hwayoung and is dragon based. Functionally similar in that she can't deal crits but gains a massive attack steroid and shield based off her attack stat AND she takes reduced crit damage. However the major difference is that Kalmia's S3 has 100% pen at base and increasing scaling damage from HP difference. This can allow Kalmia to deal a massive single target blow to any target. It's fine in PvE but in PvP it's kind of difficult as Kalmia needs to survive the onslaught because, PvE you can build health as bosses have usually over 100k+, however in PvP if you build health you technically lose potential damage. So you're more reliant on getting the barrier to live due to your smaller health pool, but that needs to be proc'd from using an active skill. It's a bit of a struggle with all the AoE spewing out damage. The burns she deals are functionally a bonus. Kind of sucks her S1 detonates all of them when she has a buff.
