Review

If Access and/or Bilibili set out to make the best kit for a character that becomes god, they sure did a damn good job at it. Madoka Kaname, the name alone strikes fear and rage, and some other feelings but that's an entirely different topic. As par for the course of collab characters her kit comes absolutely loaded. Initially, a bit slept on until they realized Mami sucks and is easily countered in comparison.

Let's get the elephant in the room out of the way, yes her S3 is insane. Massive AoE damage output thanks to an insane 60% innate defense pen (85% with UE). Not only is her offense great, but her defensive capabilities also are stellar - she is able to cleanse 2 debuffs off herself and her UE gives her 30% damage reduction. As icing on the cake, her S3 has some scaling crit damage and defense. As for her other 2 skills, they're pretty good in their own right. S2 has nice AoE damage as it has a high follow-up chance. S1 gives herself an attack buff and some self-push.
