Description

Neisa is a researcher from the Dwemear Research Society, Autoluna's national science research center, as well as the leader of Team Dwemear. She's in charge of operating the Science Vessel and providing her commander with technological support. Neisa is also an expert on prosthetics and body modifications. Every prosthetic and weapon she owns was designed by herself. With the power of science, a researcher can fight too.

Review

Neisa is an offense-oriented healer. She wants to attack and deal damage as a means to healing. Her S3 makes her quite decent. She provides a target with invincibility and then grants herself an extra turn. This can be huge when used correctly and can single-handedly save a dark zone run.
