Review
It took this long but eventually Caroline got her 5* version. QingYan Cheng's S2 can fully reset all of 1 ally's skills. Insanely valuable when it comes raid debuff extension or damage for bars. PvP is a bit difficult as you'll have to pick and choose your fights to make sure you aren't fighting Ayame and/or Yuui (and 105 base speed but hey just use phantom riiiiiiight). Heal feels tact on. Could've just been a Tactics unit and been fine, but I guess to help fill for raid typing..
