When she has a buff, increase Defense Down chance by 25% and when using "Symphony of Cutlasses and Light", status accuracy is increased by an additional 50%.

Review

Sayaka is an absolute unit. The pinnacle of a jack-of-all-trades type unit, able to dish out damage, tank, heal, debuff, self cleanse and buff herself. More of a selfish unit that can get the job done. Passive S2 can give some gnarly push potential off allies. Not really much to say about Sayaka really. Really solid PvE unit with a bunch of self buffs like Crit Damage, Heal Over Time, Resistance and Defense. PvP wise she's also really solid as she forces a 50/50 off Madoka and can be a real pain with her survivability and good AoE damage from S3 thanks to the 50% defense pen. Her UE at lvl 30 allows her to gain all 3 buffs from S2 which is pretty big in it's own right.
