Review

Valeria's pretty bad overall. Unreliable mark mechanic, defense buff that's only gained when being attacked, and it's a 50/50 unless you're under 50% health. She's made as a tank, so unless she can somehow live in PVP after 1 round, you aren't going to be under 50% with a bunch of AoE healing thrown around. Her S3 gives her a heal-over-time Sure, it keeps her alive, but it contradicts her S2.
