Review

Not much to say. Welfare unit from Kagura's event that can give full party attack buff and herself speed buff, which is helpful in raids. Her unique debuff is ok it's just a pain to try and use. It's RNG on which target it gets put on and that's if it doesn't get resisted. There's kind of a 1 shot thing in Octo9 with it but it's a 33% chance to even get the right target. She's usable but just overall pretty meh. Red space for green raids.
