General info
The Leader of the Midnight Sun, Licht brings a lot of damage to the table thanks to his numerous crit rate buffs.
Licht's Skill 1 is a single target attack - before hitting, he grants himself an [Increased CRIT Rate] buff.
His Skill 2 is similar, granting Licht an [Increased CRIT Rate] buff coupled with a [DEF PEN] buff before hitting the enemy. If you also have Licht's skill page, he will also inflict a [Buff Block] on the enemy for 2 turns if he crits when using the skill. It's important to note that having Licht's skill page will also improve the critical rate buff, for an 8% crit rate increase.
Licht's special skill will hit all enemies, giving him a (you guessed it!) an [Increased CRIT rate] buff before hitting. When using his combined attack, Licht grants himself 30/50% increased damage (based on the skill level) if hitting an enemy dealing with [Continuous Damage]. If you pair Licht with Rhya, it will turn in an United Attack, hitting all enemies and granting his partner a [DEF PEN] buff.
Lastly, his LR passive grants Licht one turn of [Immortality] when his HP drops below 30%, once per battle.
While his PvP days of terror are long gone, Licht remains a very powerful damage dealer that can crit reliably and hard - don't make light of him, or you may regret it.
Dupes
Licht doesn't necessarily need dupes, but his dupes give him a lot of free stats. At E2 he gains 10% crit damage and at E5 it turns in 20%. He also gains crit rate% and crit damage % as you get more dupes, making it even easier to maximize his damage.
Skill page
Licht's skill page is very powerful, giving Licht a stronger [CRIT Rate] buff when using his Skill 2 coupled with a [Buff Block] on the enemy if you crit. It also gives 7-15% ATK and 5% [CRIT Rate] as a passive, making it a perfect fit for Licht. If you don't have it you can run an [ALL Atk] card like Breath of Darkness or Fana's. Solid's skill page is also a great filler, giving him 15% [CRIT Rate].
PvP
Licht works great when paired with Rhya, even if you can use him alone as a single target nuker when hitting Technique units.
He can cheat death once, meaning he can survive a fatal blow to potentially score a comeback victory. However, he struggles against units with revive, so it's best to pair him with a unit that can manipulate mobility like Valtos. The last spot could be taken by a strong debuffer like Halloween Noelle, since she can increase the damage received by enemies and cripple their attack to ensure Licht can survive as long as possible.
