The profiles of the affected characters have been updated already.
Nest Keeper Xiao Lin
Range for Basic Attack reduced from 1700 to 1600,
HP reduced by 35%,
Falcon's Nest ATK scaling reduced by 55%.
Falcon's Nest (Passive)
Fixed a bug when the Skill Haste bonus persisted when it should not.
Increased the value of the barrier created from 20% to 55% of Xiao Lin's max HP.
Door Knocker FN Burst (Ultimate)
Range reduced from 1800 to 1650.
Dark Seven Sylvia
Range for Basic Attack increased from 750 to 1100,
ATK reduced by 20%.
Dark Seven’s No.2 (Leader Skill)
Skill has been reworked:
Before:
Not everyone can join the dark hacker group. Enemies’ DEF -300 for 6s when deployed (Bosses excluded).
Duration of the debuff at max skill level - 10 seconds
After:
Not everyone can join the dark hacker group. For 8 seconds after deployment, all enemies receive 15% more incoming damage. In the Gauntlet, the Special's skill cooldown increase affects 2 units now.
Duration of the debuff at max skill level - 16 seconds.
Leaf Node Hacking (Passive Skill)
Skill has been reworked:
Before:
Hacks and weakens enemy gear. Enemies’ ATK -10% while deployed (Bosses excluded).
Debuff doubled for Tower (at max level).
After:
Hacks and weakens enemy gear. Enemies’ ATK -15% and Tower enemies cannot recover HP while deployed (Bosses excluded).
Tower Enemies -30% ATK (at max level).
Blackout Shock Buster (Special Skill)
Skill has been reworked:
Before:
Creates a non-Hitstun stasis field to the furthest target within 18m that deals DoT DMG. Hit enemies receive ATK -15%, and tower units ATK -30% (Bosses excluded) for 10s. Does not apply to targets that exceed its Valid Hits.
After:
Creates a non-Hitstun stasis field to the furthest target within 20m that deals DoT DMG. Damaged targets will have their Barriers removed and their SPD reduced by 20%. Does not apply to targets that exceed its Valid Hits. In the Gauntlet, additionally increases the cooldown of the Special skill by 12 seconds for one of the targets affected by the stasis field.
Junk Maker (Ultimate Skill)
Increased the cooldown of the skill from 55 to 65 seconds,
increased the coefficient multiplier of the skill by 100% (which means it will deal double the damage as it did before).
Breakbeat Alex
ATK increased by 35%.
Dissonance (Leader Skill)
Skill has been reworked:
Before:
Gain 20% Damage Reduction for 10 seconds when deployed.
Levels 2 and 5 give 12% ASPD in Total.
After:
Gain 20% Damage Reduction for 10 seconds and 2 stacks of Barriers when deployed.
Levels 2 and 5 give 20% ASPD in Total.
Damage Limiter (Passive Skill)
Skill has been reworked:
Before:
The device is active at all times and all attacks create a barrier equal to 2% of Max HP for 5 seconds. When the barrier is active gains immunity to hit-stun from special skills and lower.
After:
Can detect stealth units. The device is active at all times and all attacks create a barrier equal to 2% of Max HP for 5 seconds. When the barrier is active gains immunity to hit-stun from special skills and lower. Additionally, gains a stack of 2.5% ATK buff every 4 seconds (can't be removed and stacks up to 20 times).
Life Overdrive (Special Skill)
Skill casting animation increased by 50%.
Parametric Equalizer (Ultimate Skill)
Range of the skill increased from 750 to 900.
Nest Keeper Xiao Lin recall
Since Xiao Lin was nerfed, those who won't like her new kit can recall her. Here is how it will work (since this will be the first time the system will be used in SEA or any other region besides KR).
When you select the recall option, you will 'lose' your Nest Keeper Xiao Lin and:
you can pick ANY other Rearmed character (except for Collaboration characters) and you will get him (or her) at level 1,
all materials and credits used to upgrade Rearm Nest Keeper Xiao Lin will be refunded,
Unit Data will be refunded as Task Planet points,
materials used to Rearm Nest Keeper Xiao Lin won't be refunded as they will be 'used' to rearm the character of your choice.
Other changes
All Operator skills can't be removed by default,
Fixed the bug that made Lincoln MK2 do way more damage than intended in Anastasia Material Challenge,
Added Japanese VA to 7 characters,
Added Maids side story that allows you to farm Mone.
