New character - Evolved One

Evolved-One is the first awakened employee that isn't a Counter. She's also the first unit that consumes other units to make herself permanently stronger. With over 130k HP, 2k DEF, and 5% MDL she's really hard to kill. She seems to fit great into the mecha team, but the fact that she can't be healed is a problem in some modes.
She's the first awakened employee that is farmable. But you need to clear Dive 50 (which is one of the hardest contents in the game) to unlock the ability to get her for free.
Because of the passive that prevents her from being healed, it's really hard to use her in PVE. Pure Mech teams without Evolved One do better in PVE than with her.
In PVP she brought second life to all Mecha teams lovers and she's a super popular pick. What's best about her is that she's really flexible - all you need is some sacrifices to boost her passive and you can pair her with anything and she will work well. As long as she survives to her ult, she will wipe the whole battlefield with her nuke.
In the KR region, while she is really strong, she rarely gets banned and it's a running joke in the community that the developers protect her from bans. Still, the issue with her lack of bans is that because she's easy to use, a lot of players play her and this tanks her win rate.

Should you pull?
If you are serious about PVP, you can't afford to wait 100 days to farm Evolved One for free. While she may not receive the SSS rating as there are quite a lot of her counters available in Global already, there will be weeks where not owning E1 will make you suffer.
PVE players can simply skip and farm her slowly after clearing Dive 50.
New character - Machine Collector

Machine Collector is an anti-mech supporter employee who is one of the best counters to mech-based meta teams and certain counter teams reliant on buffs. Deployed right, she makes the enemy frontline melt with her mix of debuffs applied to them.
Overall she uses a few unique stats, that are hard to find on other employees:
DMG Res Penetration (buff for allies) - Allies ignores their target's DMG Res (which means they deal more damage). This effect is doubled for allied Mechs.
DMG Increase suppression (debuff for enemies) - Decrease the target's DMG-Increase bonuses (so their Anti-Ground/Anti-Role damage bonus will be lowered by X, making them do less damage). The effect is doubled against enemy Mechs.
The problem with those stats is that they can't go into negative, meaning if an enemy doesn't have any DMG Res, Machine Collector will do nothing with her DMG Res Penetration. This makes that stat way worse than DEF shred for PVE because every PVE enemy has DEF stat, but has no DMG Res unless stated otherwise or through Role Disadvantage Res.
Still, in the recently released Relic Dungeons (the place where you farm T7 gear) she's used in all auto-teams against the Titan boss.

Should you pull?
While Machine Collector has some uses in PVP, she isn't really a must-pull there - because you mainly use her to deal with Evolved One comps by making the tanks used there easier to kill.
New character - Overflow

As with all Scavenger units, Overflow is a Soldier/Mech hybrid. He is an offensive defender who can't be stunned or knocked back while he charges forward like A. Hilde and pushes the enemy team back toward their ship, stunning them from time to time. He has 10% MDL and super high stats - over 90k HP and 2.5k Defense when geared which makes him a wall on the frontline.
He is pretty great for Shadow Palace where his bulk and CC help, and he also shines in some Danger Close bosses because of his bulk and his debuff, along with his knockback immunity and forward dash. But he's not as useful as other tanks like Serapel when it comes to most other PVE gamemodes.
In PVP he is a monster that keeps Evolved-1 safe and pushes enemies away from her, but he can also be used in hybrid teams.
Be aware that while he is a hybrid employee, he can only wear Soldier gear.

Should you pull?
While Overflow is a great tank for Evolved One comps, his usage in other ones is limited. Also for PVE there are better tanks to use.
New character - Glitch
Similar to Overflow, Glitch is a Soldier/Mech hybrid. His kit seems to be oriented around abusing Stealth to reach Mech backline and murder it, but sadly he is more often used as a sacrifice for Evolved-1 passive.
Be aware that while he is a hybrid employee, he can only wear Soldier gear.

Should you pull?
He is an SR so don't focus on pulling him.
New Ship - Matador

First mecha/soldier hybrid ship that created a new way of playing combined with Evolved-1 and Scavengers. But it's not limited to hybrid teams and you can use him with soldiers only too (Jane Doe and Veronica especially fit well with the passive).
Still, to unlock the recipe you need to clear Dive 50 which is pretty damn hard to do.
