Review
Rearmed Orca has one of the best HP, ATK stats for a (used to be, technically still) 3-cost employee, performing better than some of the awakened units. Her damage output is easily top tier in any content where her passive works and her HP pool is massive on top of the 5% self-healing she gets from taking damage, making her a dealer/offtank hybrid monster in PvE.
In PVP, she sat at the top of the tier list since the day she was released, but recently she was nerfed. Her deployment cost was increased from 3 to 4 and also, her passive healing is the same in PVP as in PVE. This was enough to drop her down a tier as she's now competing with other 4-cost Strikers for the cost - while she recovers 1 deployment cost if she's set as a Leader, that's not always possible due to bans or other employees working better as the leader of the team.
In addition, the availability of heal reflux debuffs and other newer units that are also top tier frontline tanks have made Orca less viable than before.
Overall, she's up there with Xiao Lin and Esterosa Rearms as one of the employees to Rearm first for PvE players.

- can keep herself alive with all the self-healing,
- deals bonus damage to C.O.s which makes her top pick for a lot of PvE content,
- can chain kill a group of enemies with her ultimate.
Cons
- countered by healblock in PVP,
- you need to set her as the Leader in PVP to make her usable after the cost increase.
