ATAC-130 is a massive flying fortress with one of the highest HP in the game. It's a patrol-type employee who flies around the spot where you deploy him and massively debuffs anyone on the ground and buffs friendly air employees.
Sadly, because he's a Tower, A. Na Yubin simply destroys him and it's very hard to justify using ATAC in PVP nowadays. As for PVE, he's only good if you play manually because the AI will deploy him close to your ship on auto-gameplay. Also 5 cost makes him hard to slot, along with the large possibility that you don't even have him.
