After every 8 basic attacks including Passive attacks (16 attacks in PVE), or if Karin's HP falls below 70%, 40%, Karin dodges back in the direction of the allied ship and casts an enhanced attack if there is a ground enemy present. After every 15 hits received, the wall initiates self-repair and recovers 20% HP.

Summary
Awakened Karin Wong (AKarin) is a PVP-oriented backline damage dealer who trades away personal damage output for high range and survivability.
Highlights of AKarin’s kit include:
Palladium Bulwark: AKarin’s special skill summons a durable wall directly behind the enemy target that deals massive damage in an area surrounding it.
Enhanced basic: AKarin fires a multi-hit laser beam that damages all ground units (excluding the enemy ship) and refluxes enemy barriers on hit.
Backsteps: AKarin's multiple backstep mechanics allow her to reposition herself as necessary, enabling her to keep out of harm's way with minimal support.
PVE Review
AKarin has limited application in PVE. Her abysmal single target damage and limited utility makes her ill-suited to the PVE environment.
Of note, AKarin has a niche in Dive 56+ where she can capitalize on her anti-soldier DMG% and her barrier reflux.
PVP Review
In PVP, AKarin is used as a very resilient backline damage dealer. AKarin’s long range keeps her far from the fight, and when exposed to danger can use her many backsteps to retreat to safety, all while chipping away at the enemy team.
Playing against AKarin can often be a frustrating experience, as she has few exploitable weaknesses. However, there are a few interactions that can be leveraged to improve the matchup:
Levia Thanis: For a brief duration, Levia deals %current HP damage to enemies who attack her. As a unit that punishes multi-hit attackers, Levia takes advantage of AKarin’s kit to shred AKarin’s health.
Fliers: As AKarin’s enhanced attack doesn’t hit air units, flying units are naturally more resistant to her kit.
Matador: Within the context of soldier comps, Matador S2 can be used to win an otherwise doomed matchup. Although AKarin has every advantage against soldier comps, Matador S2 creates an opportunity to isolate and kill her.
Ultimately, AKarin’s kit naturally makes her resistant to targeted counterplay; given the nature of her kit, there isn’t much that can be done to prevent her from contributing value.
