Carlota Ramirez Fernandes Carlos Juan the Third is a defender focused on providing DMG Res for allies. in PVP she provides Skill/Ult Dmg RES instead.
Sadly, she doesn't really do anything outside of that. The SPD boost on her special might be useful for Nequitia in PVP, but she is strictly worse than other SSR defender alternatives.
In PVE, she is usable as a generic 3-cost frontline tank, especially when you are lacking units early in the game, but she lacks the utility or pure tankiness of other better 3-cost frontliner options, making her very replaceable.
