Cathy is one of the best N rarity employees in the game. While her own damage is terrible, she greatly buffs friendly Rangers allowing them to shine even more. This makes her a good pick for Raids and Guild Coop where if you can find a slot for her, which is easy early game, but later on she gets replaced by stronger buffers or debuffers.
