Cho Hojin kit focuses on CRIT stat and boosting it. Sadly, as CRIT is an RNG stat in Counter Side (even after the recent CRIT rework), she's not that good. Mainly because of being a low rarity employee, she simply doesn't have the damage output or survivability to do anything.
