Choi Ina is a pure support employee that can't even attack anything. All she does is buff one of your allies and act as a battery - allowing you to deploy other employees faster.
The battery part is what makes her super useful in Raids, but sadly she was powercrept badly by Sigma - who not only does what Choi Ina can do but also she buffs the whole team. Same in PVP where Choi Ina is only used when she's an upped employee.
