Cindy is one of the best R rarity Strikers in the game that helps your team more than a lot of SR rater Strikers. Due to self-healing built into her kit, she can act as an offtank which is especially great in Shadow Palace in stages where Defenders are baned. Also with her low cost, even if she dies, you can easily redeploy her to keep the backline safe.
Cindy's biggest weaknesses are her short-range and CC skills - if she cannot attack, she cannot heal and in PVP she often gets CC stunned to death.
