Review
Frederick Doma is a Ranger employee who is a great debuffer in PVE content. His DMG Taken debuff is especially helpful in Danger Close and Raids, where it acts as a damage amplifier for whole team.
In PVP, he is considered as a budget Gaeun who exchanges damage and CC potential for survivability and plenty of debuffs that help the team.

- incoming healing debuff is also great,
- can keep himself alive thanks to his passive and ult.
Cons
- average damage for a Ranger,
- his AI often makes him kill himself because of his low range.
