Recently, Frederick Yuma received her third buff but she is still terrible.
While in the most recent balance update, she gained a way to scale her ATK when her HP goes down making her a berserker-type employee, her base stats are terrible and she has issues staying alive to actually make use of the mechanic.
Unless her base stats are changed, just stay away from her or keep her in your lobby.
