Hirose is a good Defender employee for newbie players. Since she's R rarity, it's easy to obtain her dupes and Limit Break her, drastically raising her stats. She can also heal herself, which allows her to survive longer in the frontline.
Pros & Cons

- once you get and raise higher rarity defenders, she becomes useless.
