Review
Kim Chowon is a Sniper who acts more like a Ranger instead. Her range is simply too short and because of that she stays too close to the frontline and gets herself easily killed due to low amount of health. Her kit on papers sounds great with all the Skill Haste she can get that should allow her to spam her skills, but she just doesn't survive long enough to make use of it.
