Laura is one of the few summoner-type employees who permanently have their summon by their side (well, unless it dies). What is weird about her is that her kit is actually pretty good. Pluto - her summon - decreases all enemies ASPD and ATK when he appears, but this comes at a cost of him doing barely any damage. Furthermore, Laura's special has the ability to instantly kill a low HP enemy, but only if he is a Defender and Striker.
It is like they had great ideas for her kit, but then they had to add stuff that makes them meh.
Her Rearm is one of the best for PVP, so keep her copies.
