Analysis
Review
Lee Jisoo was often called the weakest Awakened employee. If you started playing the game close to its launch, you could obtain her for free from a bingo event. Guess that is the reason why she was so underwhelming.
Over a long history of buffs, meta changes, and healing debuff changes, she's still fills her niche of blocking off healing, especially for some PVE stages, but aside from that she doesn't have much use.
As for PVP, she still doesn't bring enough to pay off her 5 deployment cost and it is hard to use her unless you somehow run into someone running 5 healers.
