Review
Millia Rage is an affordable backline damage dealer specialized in shredding defender targets. Millia boasts a surprisingly modern kit for a unit designed years ago, bringing high damage output, HP gates, backsteps, and even invulnerability windows all to bolster her survivability and enable her damage.
In PVE, Millia does not provide the raw damage output to compete with her peers. As survivability is generally not factored when allocating team slots to damage dealers, a large portion of her kit goes unused.
In PVP, Millia joins the pool of low cost rangers as one of many dedicated anti-defender options. Millia’s performance can be considered on par with Rearm Gaeun, trading away some AOE damage for survivability. Millia truly shines when paired with the Matador ship; her survivability tools allow her to utilize the ship’s %missing HP passive more consistently than an average soldier backline unit.
Though Millia has lost some of her lustre, she is still one of the most effective anti-defender rangers in the game.
