Review
Chinatsu is one of the few healers in the game, and before her recent buff, she was considered more a buffer than a healer. Still, even after she was buffed, her healing output is worse than Evelyn's or even Claudia's - and those two are lower-rated than her.
While you can use her in some stages where you're forced to deploy every healer to survive, in any other place she's inferior to Evelyn and Claudia.

- strangely tanky as a support.

- requires good timing in PVP to be useful,
- her healing output is worse compared to even SR and R healers.
