Review
Noelle is a backline damage dealer with a little bit of miscellaneous utility. Unfortunately she does not have the stats nor multipliers to justify using her.
Noelle’s Alternium Reactor improves her attack stat and makes her special reset upon casting ultimate. Her reactor did not improve her damage enough to compete with better damage dealers.
