Review
Peacekeeper is basically the SR version of Scout. He has higher stats than Scout due to the rarity upgrade, but a very similar AOE-oriented kit. Sadly Peacekeeper is inferior to Administrator Rifleman and even Assault Troopers - both of those employees have much higher DPS, and only cost 2 points to summon, not 3 like him.
