Plaga is a Elysium Philharmonic faction supporter mistyped as a ranger. She brings a variety of buffs - 20% DMG RDC for COs, up to 9% DMG RDC, 30% Movement Speed, 30% skill haste for all units and her ultimate gives significant 20% ATK and 40% CDMG buff to all units and 20% anti-counter DMG res to philarmonic faction units.
Unforunately, her buffs aren't strong enough to make her actually good. Some of them being tied to COs/Philarmonics faction makes situation even worse. There is no reason to use her over better buffer in PvE. In PvP she is an UP only niche unit, mostly tied to Maestra comp.
