Rosaria is a 4-cost glass-cannon Ranger whose main focus is on outputting large amounts of AOE damage, with a unique gimmick where she has invincibility and will always use her special skill upon being deployed
Unfortunately, even with her Alternium reactor, Rosaria still does not become good enough to be a top choice in PVE. She does not provide any form of team-based utility, while also not outputting enough damage to be worth picking for damage output alone, causing her to lose out to other 4-cost (and even 3-cost) Rangers. She only sees occasional use when her faction or air units happen to be buffed in Danger Close.
Overall in Global, she's still a great pick for Ranked Arena, but in other servers her good times are over and while she's still being used, she's not the top dog anymore. Her invincibility can be locked down by Serina and other buff removers, making her die much easier from the multitude of anti-air units.

- there are multiple counters to her in PVP in KR and SEA nowadays,
- she's a glass cannon.
