Review
Seo Yoon is one of the best on-demand buffers/debuffers in the game who is the staple of any Danger Close team and a great amplifier for Raids. The ATK buff she provides to the whole team is massive, allowing her to shine in every PVE gamemode where high damage is a necessity. On top of that, she can debuff both DEF and ASPD on whoever she hits with her special, making her fill two crucial roles in every team.
Sadly, in PVP she is useless and never used unless she is upped.
