Review
Shieldman is one of the better N rarity soldiers, but only if you're a new player. Once you get Administration Shieldman he becomes obsolete.
His biggest issue is the lack of MDL (Maximum Damage Limit) which is necessary for tanks to work and do their job.
Pros
- easy to MLB.
Cons
- low stats due to low rarity,
- no MDL.
