Treasure Hunter Mi Rinae is a backline damage dealer that reduces allies' cooldowns. Her enhanced attack (activated after every Special Skill cast) reduces cooldowns of all non-mech allies by 7 seconds. This effect can be compared to Yang Harim’s Skill Haste buff, which reduces cooldowns by 4 seconds over the course of 10 seconds. Instead of the utility Harim provides, Mi Rinae is a strong damage dealer that scales well into the longer fights thanks to stacking permanent ASPD% and ATK% self-buffs applied after every Special Skill cast.
In PVE, Mi Rinae is quite flexible and can be used in most content, being able to output good DPS while reducing allies' cooldowns. Most notably, she is a great addition to 16-man content where she enters a positive feedback loop with Skill Haste buffers.
In PVP, Mi Rinae is a strong backline damage dealer that excels at supporting units reliant on Ultimate Skills to perform (e.g. Lin Xien, Replacer Queen). She is vulnerable to backline disruption tools (most notably Space Hound Laika) as her kit lacks defensive utility.
