Ahab is a pretty interesting ship for PVP because it can increase the cooldown of enemy skills and knock them back to the other side of the battlefield - basically countering any rush teams.
As for PVE, you can use it in Shadow Palace, where enemy skills are deadly, and also it's commonly used in Raid/Coop Raid. Still, Chorus had powercrept it after it was released in KR.
